I am searching for more information regarding Calvin JAMES, b abt 1843, ???state and Elizabeth WINN JAMES, b 1847, MO. They were married in Stone Co, MO in 1867. By 1881, they had moved to Umatilla County. My paternal grandmother, Alice JAMES WINN JAGGERS, was one of their children and was herself a resident of Umatilla Co in 1900, according to the census. According to Deed records, Umatilla Co, he owned land north of Pendleton. I am especially interested in locating the graves of Calvin and Elizabeth. I believe the Calvin JAMES grave, located in a field near Helix, is that of my gr grandfather. If anyone has any information, please e mail me directly.
