Volunteer Transportation, Inc. [VTI] is a private non-profit corporation dedicated to linking accessible, responsive transportation with community needs. The primary focus of VTI is supporting transportation services for seniors and people with disabilities living in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties. Most VTI programs have lift-equipped vehicles and utilize trained volunteer drivers.
